Landeshauptstadt München
The Landeshauptstadt München / Referat für Bildung und Sport (regional capital Munich / department of education and sports) is the largest municipal school authority in Bavaria. These vocational schools are in urgent need of new teachers. Apart from the current campaign “Mach Albert zu Einstein” (“Turn Albert into Einstein”), which is especially addressed to teachers already in employment and lateral entrants, the Referat für Bildung und Sport is now targeting students and undergraduates for a career as teacher for vocational schools.
Our solution consisted of postcards and ads that call attention to this profession and its benefits. In combination with the existing campaign posters, an exhibition set and advertising material are proven recruitment aids.
