Carl Stahl is a company offering innovative and forward-looking solutions worldwide in the area of rope and hoisting technology, architecture, fine-rope as well as personal safety equipment against falling. For Carl Stahl Süd, employee motivation is especially important.
Through close collaboration and identification with the company, we developed a box for the managers, in which they can find small tokens for their employees, as well as a real WOW package with several different and carefully designed products. For example, a toy bug called Glücks-Carl-Cäfer, original postcards and other presents that can be distributed separately.
